Barnes & Noble bookstores have hard cover books, paperback books, and DVDs as well as eBooks
for their application, Nook. You can install Nook to your Windows PC, iPad,
iPhone, Roku device, or purchase a Nook tablet. The books can be bought and
viewed on the Nook device or in Nook on your PC, phone, etc. Videos can
be bought or rented from Barnes & Noble to stream through your Roku box without
subscribing to a service such as Netflix or Hulu. They also sell music CDs,
if you still want to purchase physical discs of music, and they are always on
sale at a discount.
Barnes & Noble also sell, buy back, and rent textbooks. The selling options for
textbooks include both new and used textbooks. The rental options include
time periods of 15 days to 180 days as a Nook Study eTextbook. The price can
be about 1/2 of what you might pay for a new textbook. You can also order
magazines at a great discount through B & N - either hardcopy or sent to your
Nook directly. They also carry kids books, teen books, and toys, gifts, and games
for children and adults.
