Roys Hawaiian Fusion locations are beautiful and elegant restaurants which originated in Honolulu, Hawaii with additional locations added in California, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Maryland, and Nevada. The menus vary between locations and by season. There are some standard items such as the Surf and Turf which features a Petite Filet, Crab, and Lobster. The Roy's Trio which has Hibachi Salmon, Mahi Mahi, and Butterfish. The Shellfish Sampler which has Lobster Tail, Shrimp, Crab Cake, and Scallop. There are variations for items such as Filet Mignon, Hangar Steak, Short Ribs, or Chicken Breast - the variations being in how it is prepared; either grilled, Peking Style, Braised, etc. The Seafood menu has items such as Hawaiian Style Misoyaki Butterfish, Roy's Roasted Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi, and Roy's Original Hawaiian Blackened Island Ahi.
Roy's also has special menu selections such as the Fall Prix Fixe Menu where for one price you can select an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. Private events can be held at Roys complete with special menus to select items for the luncheon or dinner. If it is a business party or pre-wedding dinner, they have private rooms to host your gathering. They have a program called "Keep In Touch" where if you sign up, you will be informed about specials events and new menu items.
