The Stand is a great little restaurant chain that grills up gourmet burgers, chicken, hot dogs, standwiches and sides. The Standwiches include either pastrami, brisket, rib eye, or tuna. The hot dogs or sausages come in flavors such as chicken apple and spicy polish with all of the standard condiments such as relish, ketchup, and mustard and "loaded" condiments such as chili or sauerkraut. There are vegetarian and turkey options if you are looking for something different. I like the West Side Veggie burger for lunch. Grab some pickles on ice to go with your burger or hot dog!
The restaurants use dark wood throughout to give it that gourmet, specialty food sense. The place smells delicious inside and out, especially at lunchtime. They are located in several locations in the Los Angeles area such as Marina Del Rey and in the San Fernando Valley in Encino and Woodland Hills. The prices are reasonable for the items: under $10 for most burgers. Sides such as french fries and salads are sold separately: $1.95 for a small side, $3.95 for a bigger one. They have a Stand card which you can use to get discounts on items by signing up.
Online ordering is available at the same location as the gift card balance check. You will need to register with the site and once you have an account and then you can order at the location of your choice and also add your gift card and check the balance and transaction history.
