Wood Ranch is a classy, great BBQ and Grill. If you go for dinner, put your name in early or try a reservation as they can get pretty busy. The appetizer selection includes killer buffalo or fiery wings, free range turkey sliders, baby back ribs, and grilled balsamic shrimp. BBQ dinner choices available are Tri Tip, Beef Ribs, Half Chicken, or Pulled Pork. If you can't decide, that is OK because they have the WR combo so you can choose any 2, 3, or 4 items. In addition to BBQ, they have a great steak selection. Top Sirloin, Filet, Kansas City Strip, or Rib Eye are on the menu depending on how much you want to spend. If steak and BBQ is not your thing, Burgers and Sandwiches are also on the menu: Classic Angus Beef Burgers, Turkey Burgers, Vegan Burgers, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Santa Fe BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Western Tri Tip sandwich, or Wood Ranch Grilled Veggie Sandwich. They have seafood on the menu such as Atlantic Salmon or Fresh Trout. Each of the BBQ, steak, burgers, or sandwiches come with a Wood Ranch Signature Side. The Signature Sides include Peanut Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Mashed or Baked Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli,Vegetarian Baked Beans, or Long Grain White Rice. For an extra $1.95 the sides include steamed asparagus, sweet potato fries, fiery green beans, or loaded baked potato.
They are open for lunch and dinner. The lunch specials are a combination of a 1) Slider Choice: Tri Tip, Western Tri Tip, Pulled Pork,
CAB Cheeseburgers, Free-Range Turkey. 2) Soup or House/Caesar salad. 3) One of the Signature Sides. The restaurants are located in the Southern California area. They offer online ordering for take out, if you don't have time to visit. The Wood Ranch catering menu has a variety of options. There are 4 Packages that vary by how much you want to spend per person, or you can order their entrees, salads, sides and desserts in small, medium, or large portions (Sm, Med, Lg serves X amount of people - depending on the items being ordered). You can pick it up, have it delivered, or have a full service Wood Ranch staff at your event.
